A pre order is a special order. There are no exchanges or refunds on pre order items.
ETA is an estimate provided by the artist. Delays can happen and we ask you to consider this possibility and whether or not you can accept a delay.
If you order in stock items, they will not ship until the pre order items arrive. If there is a delay, unfortunately this will impact the shipment time frame of your instock items as well. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order for in-stock items.

Black Milk Project is a design studio founded by artist Cheng Wei Tieng in Malaysia. Her works are easily identifiable for their magical images and beautifully whimsy details. The Home Series collection features beautiful detailed house shaped designs carefully set upon a house shaped block making for a cute display item.
